These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Astrria mobile application and related services ("Astrria", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Astrria, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Astrria. By using the service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, or as described on our account deletion page.
3. Consultations and content
Astrria connects you with astrologers and provides astrology-related reports, calendars, and guidance. This content is provided for personal interest and reflection only. It is not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Astrologers are independent practitioners responsible for their own consultations.
4. Wallet, payments, and refunds
Some features require payment through your in-app wallet. Prices and any applicable fees are shown before you confirm a purchase. Wallet top-ups and paid consultations are subject to our refund policy. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card details.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it through unauthorised means.
- Do not harass astrologers or other users, or share unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Do not impersonate others or provide false identity or birth information for fraud.
6. Intellectual property
Astrria and its content, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that harms Astrria, its users, or third parties. You may stop using Astrria and delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Astrria is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
