Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Astrria account and personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your information.

Delete from the app (fastest)

Open the Astrria app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Request by email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@astrria.app from the address registered to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile and account credentials (name, email, phone).
Birth profiles and the personal details used to generate readings.
Saved preferences, bookmarks, and device/notification tokens.

What may be retained

To meet legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations, we may keep a limited set of records — such as wallet and payment transaction history — for a limited period. These records are de-identified so they are no longer linked to your personal information.

Account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your account, wallet balance, and history cannot be recovered. Please withdraw or use any remaining wallet balance beforehand.
