This Privacy Policy explains what information Astrria collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Astrria you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Profile & birth details — date, time, and place of birth and related profiles you create to generate readings.
- Usage & consultation data — consultations, messages, reports, wallet transactions, and app activity.
- Device data — device identifiers and push notification tokens used to deliver the service and notifications.
2. How we use your information
- To provide consultations, reports, calendars, and other features you request.
- To process wallet top-ups, payments, and payouts.
- To secure accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support.
- To send service-related and, where permitted, promotional notifications.
3. Sharing
We share information only as needed to operate the service: with astrologers you consult (limited to what is needed for the consultation), with payment and infrastructure providers, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data. Some records (for example transaction and tax records) may be retained for a limited period to meet legal obligations. See our account deletion page for details.
5. Your choices and rights
- Access and update your profile from within the app.
- Manage notification preferences in your device settings.
- Delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.
- Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or erase your data.
6. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
7. Children
Astrria is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
